It means that Greenshift's patent for extracting ethanol from corn is legally invalid, and thus worthless.

Greenshift has disclosed that all its royalties contracts specify that if the patent is invalidated, payments will cease.

GERS had $2.3M of revenues in the first 6 months of 2015. These revenues could dwindle to $0 by the end of the year.

Meanwhile BTZO has still that $2.9M loan to repay...

It means greenshifts patents are crap and revenue will be down to almost 0 by EOY. Greenshift, Kreisler, Btzo and Marilu are nothing short of unmitigated disasters. They've turned all of this to sh*t IMO.

Looks like the reason they aren't fulfilling orders is cuz they have been systematically stiffing their suppliers. Sad...
