I very strong believe that buy out will happen before end of P3 adjunct. As of last conference Dr P was optimistic that P3 adjunct will finish in first Q of 2017. To me it mean that they think number of patient will be reduce , and they already injected last patient. !!!!!! I believe , we will know all within few weeks. Sooner rather than later...

I wonder if a $400 Mill offer would be accepted if made now. Certainly not by any of us here, but maybe 50% of shares. Would be a travesty, but possible.
