Originally it was said we would get 0.153 shares MRDN per HTSC share which would equate to an outstanding of 21.7M, but I think their has been some growth to the number outside of what Cos and Canouse have given themselves, so you're probably in the right range.
I hope to look at it a little more in depth this weekend if I get the chance.
Very pleased with Cos following through with the divy. I had my doubts for a while there.
