I think they are hitting more road blocks than they anticipated but are so close to finishing that they don't want to waste the money putting out a fluff update. At this point they are probably tentatively completed and have most likely been submitted and returned for more information. They may not want to put it to the wire until it is airtight, so to speak. I truly believe having no news at all is better than having another update about a delay --I bet they agree.
