Norm told me that Finley was a highly qualified person and had the expertise to deal with LISC, the city and a large bank in Indy. Norm was excited about Jon Finley coming on board to handfle the theater update and bank funding. He stated that Jon was a very detailed individual and covered all the bases in his desalings.
Norm had been working for a very extended period with Matt Long with the prospect of Matt taking over someday when he retired. Matt is well qualified in his new position.
