That looks like exactly what is happening. Just look at the accumulation line. If it was straight dumping, the A/D line would be underneath the lows IMHO! The accumulation line should now be lower than what it was in Mid-August, but that has not happened! Just look at other stocks that dumped. Here is a comparison:
