Go back to the do not lose link posted earlier. Post 352929. Under pictures and videos there off to the side are a few pictures bradford linked to DCBob. In there are a couple comments. One was met a clerk coming down the steps of the court of appeals saying that he told dc bob that Ginsburg was in the process of writing an opinion due to be released within the next 7-11 days. Then it goes to say if Ginsburg is writing it then it has to be good because he was pro plaintif. Don't know a thing but that was what is on bradfords page. Followed by another post saying the Perry opinion has been completed and will be released before 11 AM tomorrow. Again that is what is on his page. Can't confirn nor deny. Perhaps Glen will come here and verify .
