It took Guinea 1 year to select Hites to be PMC after India bank allocated funds for it. No idea where funding is coming from for the construction of the hospitals. If Medic Trust is still involved One would think Kallo/ITD have a leg up in getting that work. Hites might be finalizing design and plans with them right now as we speak!!'
