Not surprising that there has not been an 8k filed to supplement the *typo* laced nonsense. Lying to investors is one thing. Lying to the sec is another. I would think filing an 8k concerning a Mou with an unnamed company would be sure to bring even more scrutiny upon this scam and Heddle's dishonesty.
