The answer to your question is simple. They don't have EPA approval that says ASure is effective and safe for use in hospitals. They only have approval for the hardware, not for its use.
Having an empty HQ doesn't instill much confidence. Would you lay out 120K to a guy operating the company from his house. Where's the support staff in case something goes wrong with the machine.
Our best hope would be for a more established outfit to take control of the company and start a new.
