Why don't you just call the company or send an email like I did - I shouldn't have to do your homework for you.
The deal with Kodiak fell through which you can easily confirm by doing one of the above to confirm. If you are going to post constantly on this board at least get your facts straight by doing basic research - thank you.

Husie ask Wall_man what he thinks about BlackBridge Capital their 23M shares and if they have voting power against the Reverse Split. Also ask what he thinks about the filing dates being only 1 day apart. I think Wall_man blocked me or something, im sad..... maybe he dont have answer to the above question which is very important here!
