I've been a bit puzzled myself - but there must be a master-plan at work here somehow...JMO

I'm somewhat concerned about 412,000,000 shares out - that seems like a lot of dilution!
Unless there is a plan to do a consolidation, say 10-1 R/S..

I really no nothing about this piece in the puzzle.
