Too bad California is so lax on enforcement. Weed should have his license revoked permanently from the Cali Bar. At least he cannot be a SEC attorney anymore.

Exactly! I was appalled that the CA Bar LET him put "inactive"! That was HIS choice... UFB.

BUT hey, they let J Scott Bennett keep his license even with all the horrible things he did not to mention he didn't follow the rules the Bar had set forth while he was suspended.

No worries he claimed mental illness so they gave him a pass - Good ol' Mental Bennett!

AND Joseph Pittera is still active!!
