No real idea unfortunately but I would guess we should hear something by the end of the year either positive or negative. The business is still operating (for now).
So far the tidbits of news are mixed..
On the negative side some people working with the company on the sales side have not had much traction as they say the product is not turning out the energy it estimates.
On the positive side the Jamaican contractors told me they checked out the two big projects and they were doing well and as expected.
There has been a flurry of people getting back to me after months of silence , so it seems like someone is talking up a storm about good things to come but that could be just "pumping" like activity consistent with a restructure effort.
The plus here is the amount of money needed to clean this up is not that much. And also since Bates stock value was diluted away he really has no out other than trying to keep something rolling along here with a restructure.
I wish I owned more so I could test this bid, but I only bought a token amount of this thing given the risk.
