How do you figure that they'll go back to $10.00? When was GORO trading at $10.00? Im looking at their historical numbers and Im seeing in December 2013 they were paying a .03 cent dividend before dropping it to .01 in January 2014. From January 2014 to January 2016 they paid the .01 cent dividend before dropping it again but no where in these time frames am I seeing GORO trading above $7.00. Even when they were paying .03 cents the share price was never $10.00. Please explain
