He at this stage of "going nowhere" in 2 years he will tell anyone anything that implies he is on it... He has nothing to sell.. no one to sell it to and no money to offer any kind of an incentive to sell this dream he hasn't made real yet. No plan.. no cash ....no sales... he is just providing lip service to anyone who will hopefully listen.
IMO... he probably sees the walls closing in and decided to dangle a carrot out there making him look like he's busy.... He is now operating by the seat of his pants and again... all a consequence to pizz poor planning and management.
