for myself...I owned ILDC and held it for a tax loss. Howard Ulman bought the shell of ILDC and it became I think CHDT? And wham I owned a couple hundred thousand shares over night. Then accumulated when new management came on board. By the way I did get the "letter". And those larger share holders all did, I believe.

Still holding and no sells down here.

This should be the spike. Volume needs to continue.

When I first discovered Capstone at about 2 cents a share, I was skeptical. There was something different about this company and its investing thesis. What stood out initially was their IR firm, Kei Advisors. What the hell was this conservative investment company in Buffalo, NY doing with a sub penny stock on the pink sheets? I became more interested and did some DD. I learned that after many incarnations they became a consumer based LED developer and manufacturer. They actually did business with Costco, Walmart, Sam's Club, Home Depot and Lowes!! Again I asked: What the hell was a 2 cent stock doing with product at Costco etc?

Of course trying to tell others about a 2 cent stock with 722 million shares was futile.

The point is that with virtually no one following CAPC it was easy to accumulate shares at 2 cents. The hard part was having the guts and conviction to buy and hold.

Hopefully we will all be rewarded for our vision and patience. Especially for those who are true long time share holders.

Yesterday September 14, 2016 exceeded 100,000 shares. That is over 100,000 post split CAPC shares

in my account yesterday, so no claims can be made that shares were added today on September 15,

2016.

I will let you choose a reputable, agreed to, Law firm to act as the Escrow Agent in this matter.

Upon verification by the Escrow Agent that my CAPC share holdings were over 100,000 shares on Sept.

14, 2016 your $5,000 USD will be transferred to me.

I have been for years and continue to be a long term Investor in Capstone CAPC.

My portfolio and the fact of the number of CAPC shares I own is not affected by unfounded statements in your posts.

awaitingamove sorry to say you are wrong I had much more then 1.5000.00 before the split been in this stock 12 years just can't wait for some company to buy them out at hopefully at $2.00 when is the big question.JMO

I seriously doubt anyone had 1,500,000 before the split...meaning you have 100,000 shares now....no I dont believe that at all...meaning I dont believe you have 100,000 shares now..

Not only has RVD held more than 100,000 shares for considerable time but other profitable investors have done so also.

Personally I hold well over twice that amount with a current paper profit of over $45k at today's close. Yes, I too can prove it.

I have always rather freely posted my holdings, buys and sells of this stock and I am surprised you never noted them.

Pssst - don't bet against RVD, you'll lose your ass.

I believe Capstone CAPC will be trading in the + $3.50/ share range. I have been buying and

accumulating Capstone for years.

Compare CAPC and MGT.

MGT now is run by my friend John McAfee.Thats why people are buying. John knows how to make

money and has a history to prove it.

MGT $3.50 / share with similar share structure as CAPC.

CAPC currently $.35/ share has Stewart Wallach. Stewart knows how to make money , has a history to prove it and it is

happening with CAPC now.

Write this down in stone. CAPC +$3.50/ share.
