Wow..thats a lot of effort here almost 4 years since the suspension...it seems that no answer...is the answer...there is nothing he can tell u to make you happy..so he remains silent ..nothing else makes sense
Jeff is already "doing what he wants". He has abandoned this ticker. The business license of KMA Global has expired and not been renewed. He took the website down over a year ago.
Not sure what else is needed to realize that this ticker is dead. Someday...perhaps years from now FINRA will remove it. Until then, it will have periodic spasms with a few shares trading here or there...slowly as some finally decide to take the tax write-off.
He flat out lied in this process...and in particular to a number for people's faces in New York over one and a half years ago.
The "timeline" I started posting a few years back was started to track the serial failed promises...and they kept coming and the list got longer.
