Who knows what's causing it. I'm not that smart to know who to believe. ( : The "experts" have targets for the sp all over the place and I'm sure they're reasoning for it's present condition is pretty diverse as well. All I hope for is that over the next year or two, it's current weakness will bottom out and then take off like it has twice in the past.
