"Doctor"(snicker) Nunally appears to have received his doctorate at Pacific Western University in 1996 according to his Bloomberg.com profile. Pacific Western in Cali and Pacific in Hawaii were owned by the same company until 2005. The school is unaccredited and the federal government investigated them because govt employees cannot get reimbursed for taking classes at what are essentially diploma mills. Perhaps that is why the good "Doctor" Nunally no longer uses the title!
His Bloomberg.com profile seems to show him job hopping every couple of years with no tangible accomplishments.
