It's obvious what's happening with Surber companies. I've been saying the same thing for a long time. It's not that hard to understand. I actually gave Surber some credit before SAKL was getting diluted. I even cautioned folks because of the conversions last October. But when I started seeing the OS increasing I knew it was conversions. Then the recent 550k convertible debt was the dagger. Lots of conversions coming here imo.
