my position, to get it straight, is that either through outright fraud, or gross malfeasance, or simply being the the wrong space at the wrong time way over his head, dialer is giving you all the rounaround, and that there's no way out.
Once again, ignoring all the other dividends, timelines etc that have been set up and then never mentioned again, he did it again. "this week we will get notice of the time and date and location for a shareholder meeting" several people have allegedly been told.
What if this week comes and goes, and there's no announcement? Sadly I'm positive that some people will still be grifco/dialer apologists and still call us bears repetitive, bashers whatever.
People are forgetting that all of this business stuff, legal, auditors, are VERY expensive, and it makes me bleieve that there's probably not much of it going on, and if there is, it's not top quality (duh- look at the results) because it would be eating up millions of dollars and I don't think that they have that revenue stream. If so, then it eat up any profits, for sure.
I have a theory, that as dialer has come to get into this game, he has begun slowly to realize that he's dealing with real people with real hard earned and saved money, and that despite his pace, plan and path, that his innate is trying it's hardest to warn people off, unmet deadline after deadline, refusal to ungag the TA, complete lack of any substance to every single PR out there (nothing on revs, business, profits only a bunch of hazy dealmaking) that his voice is saying "eveything is fine" while he in fact got both of his forefingers cossed in front of his face, he's shaking his head violently and he's got a sour look on his face.
He is having a hard time actually playing along with this, "things will get better" scenario and keeps trying, harde r and harder to let the real situation bleed through.
It's as if, one day, when confronted, he'll be able to say, "well look nothing I ever tsaid publicly came true, how could you still believe I really had a handle on this stuff?"
I'm going on record as making a prediction that there's not going to be any announcement on any "special shareholder meeting" this week, or any week.
all IMO of course
