Did you not expect this? Really? They can't pay the toxic debt if they don't have any money and they won't see revs until the revs come in. Toxic debt is still around this was inevitable and I said it from the beginning.

It can its here. That doesn't have anything to do with whether or not PRO PROM is going to do a production run or not. And once that happens nobody will care about the share structure.
They did what they had to do to maintain the stock.
