In the ten weeks since the end of 2Q/16, HEMP's OS has increased by 104M, or 13.85>

There's a very real possibility that the OS will exceed 900M by the end of 3Q/16, and since HEMP's CEO usually does come conversions at the very end of the quarter, I don't think that a 950M share OS is out of the question.
