I saw two different signatures for Pamela.

I will deal with Kalisky later - he doesn't have a pending lawsuit and he isn't still trying to harm shareholders.

Ruppert is finished - after filing the fraudulent lawsuit against NGCG and trying to collect twice on the Kalisky Note.

When will Ruppert be amending the complaint and filing the second Kalisky Note?

Hmmm, I see that Ruppert signed a Sworn Affidavit of Damages for $145,493.04 in principle plus $18,450 in interest totaling $163,943.04.

From the amounts listed in the Ruppert complaint:

$60,000.00 (Kalisky Note)

Total = $140,493.04 is the Principle - Ruppert and his Attorney are very sloppy - I guess in the good ole days with Ross that Ruppert and his attorney could throw anything together and it didn't matter - those days have changed.

Ruppert just keeps digging himself in deeper.
