It will be interesting to see what they do

will they start buying share's on the open market now,before the price increase's,as running bull suggested,or will they wait until after Q3 result's?

Private transactions would give them a chance to buy a lot of CAPC at a lower price without directly hurting CAPC's market price

And they can take their time on the option of buying share's from Involve

The Options terminate on the earlier of the twelve (12) month anniversary of the first date that the Company exercises any Option or June 27, 2019, the thirty-six (36) month anniversary of the effective date of the Option Agreement.

...since any of those share's would be treasury stock i hope to see Wallach and Postal also buying some more share's for themselve's,that would be a bullish sign to me,even if they get it below market price in a private transaction
