Means no R/S for at least six months! How else will TBEV take shares off the market? A buy back? IMO TBEV TOBY will never help the share holders so a buy back is out of the question. R/S is the only way to clear the air!! Again not for at least six months!! But it will be HUGE when it happens!!!
