It is not clear that PHOT has anything to gain from elections.

It may give them more opportunity to expand their losses and go deeper in debt and dilute billions more shares.

If their share price tanks to the high triple 0's, then a 10% temporary rally is probably moot.

Heck, PHOT can't even get MM sponsorship, so they stay on the pink sheets with unsolicited quotes only.
