Yep and people refuse to acknowledge this. Stock should have moved greatly with all the news thats been releases, reason it hasnt is either dilution or way too many shares!!

Where are you getting that?????? A lot of longs on here, myself included, hold millions of shares. I would est. half of float is locked up by people with no intention of selling anytime soon. RXMD

I do not see this as an issue. Yes we would like fewer O/S, but I am
comfortable with a number under 400,000,000. We just need a little momo.
All pieces are in place for organic growth and we may see an acquisition or
merger before year end.

What we did not see with today's release is current o/s number.
