Freeze, it seems that the Kalisky Note ($50,000) in which Pamela paid $15,000 - it was settled in a earlier lawsuit.

Now Ruppert is trying to collect on the same note - I was curious as to why Ruppert was filing the complaint in his name and Pamela wasn't named.

Ruppert thought he was being slick and would collect on the same note twice.
