They will not R/S anytime soon. They would never increase the share structure to that amount and the R/S. They have some big new coming and I think they will sell into that to generate working capital before they R/S again.

For every share that sells into the market from the company, the shareholder value decreases proportionally. From 5 to 20 billion, well, there's just no recovering from that.
