Let me put it another way, over 2000 shareholders and one objection, you. So, in my mind, that would tell me that you though most all those shareholders were wrong to want the SA? Thats not hard to understand. You didnt prove anything except in your mind. You had many points and the judge thought the settlement was ok the way it was.

For your sake, I am glad you didnt have the money, it would have been wasted, IMO.

Actually, to be truthful, I looked at your points for months and you had very good points. I lost all faith in how serious you were when, well, you didnt show. If you didnt have the money and had no intentions of following through, IMO, you should have said so before the hearing. But no, you strung it out and led everyone believe up until the last minute you were going to do what you said, show up and fight for everything you have been saying, even in this post.

Sorry,dont buy it, dont believe it, you showed your colors the day before the hearing. Now after saying all this, you opted out, you have your chance, I want to see if you are going to follow through with that or another excuse the last minute. I may surprise you when I say, I hope I am wrong this time as your legal experience must say that you have all the evidence and reasons why you can win an action against the boys, right?

You have all the evidence so go get them tiger.
