Liz Claiborne sells at 70%-%80 below retail at discount retailer's. Hardly a good brand to push on people. JCP continues to bleed cash on top of massive debt. Retail, especially large scale mall types, are dropping like flys. JCP is simply not cool anymore, and has been failing for years.
