DJPB: Christmas-is-over-with-for-major-retail-stores. All-buying-plans-and-dollars-are-committed. I don't think Zalemark could even get a test into the stores this late into the season. They would have to be an approved vendor and that takes time. Plus what retailer wants to be associated with a drug dealing felon that also plead guilty to embezzlement. In addition, they gave up the ability to do business in California. Zalemark couldn't afford the filing fee. The Zalemark corporate status with the California Secretary of State is "surrendered".
