I am going to predict prison for Ruppert - let's see how many loans did Ruppert claim to make to NGCG while in Bankruptcy - did the Bankruptcy trustee approve those expenditures?

And guess what I found - it seems Ruppert is trying to file a claim on a lawsuit that has already been settled from a Pamela lawsuit and the stock has been issued.

In Broward County Case Number: CACE15007188 Pamela Ruppert filed a 2 page Complaint against NGCG on 04/26/2015.

Pamela was filing the complaint stating the the Convertible Note she purchased from Kalisky - hasn't been paid by NGCG.

The case was settled - and shares were already issued - but now Ruppert is trying to sue NGCG again on the same note he has already collected - that is why the Complaint is filed under Ruppert and not Pamela.

Ruppert is going down for these scams.

Ruppert should tell everyone more about the $100,000 check Pamela wrote to Mighty Jaws 0n 05/08/2015 while Ruppert was in Bankruptcy.

It was so helpful that Ruppert filed the promissory notes with the Court - he has incriminated himself for fraud on NGCG and the Court.
