Yea, pretty surprised as well. And disappointed. I dont know why they chose the option they did. Insignificant in the long run I guess? Smh.

Anyway I wouldn't expect the price to slide to 0.75 though, as they are not selling at that price. The discount we are seeing today is due to a 10% dilution to the market cap via the private placement and the placement agent warrants at 0.825.
