Those VitaCig contracts likely have contingencies which allow the international partners an out. Just like the MOQs that Mal-B-Gone has probably has a way out of those contracts.

Besides, MCIG gets $0 for VitaStik branded product. And, again, apart from England and Japan; I can't seem to be able to find VitaCig or VitaCBD branded product overseas.

China is a FAIL
Korea is a FAIL

And it looks like VitaStik EU/Germany abandoned MCIG w/ the recent buyout of VTCQ product and operations. VitaStik EU/Germany carries 0 VitaCig or VitaCBD products. NONE.

As for the vitacig contracts, I'm sure they are very loose and can easily be broken. They were likely drawn up for PR purposes and shares probably were given to the partners for signing on.
