Correct. Look at the opinions released by the appeals court and you will find the time frame for issuing the opinions are all over the place. They've recently provided opinions for cases that were heard in Nov. and Dec. of last year. I don't know where the 150-day limit came from, but it does not appear to be true. I've never seen anyone document that supposed time frame with a link to a valid site.
