Thats correct .......all I know is I have friends that suggested this stock at .003 and I bought a couple of million shares and watched it grow five fold and silly me, I sold off enough to regain my initial investment just like I did at terra tech when in July of 2015 i bought 100,000 at .084 and sold it for a double or more as time moved forward.....
I am just old and senile....... and like to use other peoples money when dealing with penny stocks...
