Shares will not be in the float. Value is already added in a we've known about this deal for months. MGT is a start up company, of course there is no revs. First product coming Q4 this year. Just as many start ups have no revs and high market caps. MGT in an emerging industry with the industries pioneer. We're good here, thanks for your concern?
