You have failed in making your assessments. The statement you point out made by Dr Wolchok was said back in May of 2015 and now...17 months later, in Nov 2016 Dr Wolchok will be stepping up to the plate for PS Targeting.

Did you fail to recognize that Dr Wolchok is heading to SITC to discuss...? well we will soon find out and for you to say Dr Wolchok has only reached "dead ends" is wrong and false.

There are now more people than ever being watched over and more people than ever before being followed ...whistleblowers I am sure are helping.

If you are not aware of the info soon to come out of Dr Wolchoks lab....scroll down to November SITC and the scales are all about to be tilted in favor of the new big backers of Peregrine. If the price falls more I will be a big buyer as well in my own right.
