I share your frustration and am dismayed at the lack of communication with the shareholders!

I had some time on my hands this weekend so I went back to look at the Encompass website which I have not done since I first discovered the company a year ago.

Was I in for a surprise; website updated on September 2nd, 2016! New product out called Risk Shield; 3 parts to the product:

1. Policy Development Wizard
2. Resource Center
3. Real-Time Monitoring.

Company claims to have offices in Charlotte NC, Chicago IL, Seattle WA, Kansas City MO and St. Paul MN.

There is a help-line for customers using the website.

Finally a number of really good current articles about drug use, compliance etc. Marijuana use in the U.S appears to be exploding according to one of the articles.

Really good bio on Jim Schoonover and his marketing experience.

I am a Workers' Compensation Underwriter and I know something about compliance for the Work Comp product and it looks legitimate to me.

Which all begs the question...WTF are they doing over at Encompass to market/advertise this website? It appear to be a great product with potential for thousands of customers as Marijuana use increases in every state.

If it is a scam it a bloody good one! I am holding onto every share I have with the hope and faith that the company is for real and that they will start to get some real growth and profit as companies sign up for the compliance services.

2nd time I have written this post as I somehow wiped the first one out at the very end just before submitting. Point I am trying to make is this looks real but the lack of marketing and news from the company has me wondering at this point. The market is always right in the end and the lack of volume and the steady downward trend of the PPS speaks louder than any works can.

Any and all opinions welcome after you have checked out the updated website.
