And it isn't being. but nice try to obscure the real point.

QSEP is like getting in pre-IPO. It'll go off eventually.

18 years and counting... The opportunity was late 2013. It won't happen again. If that was true, investing would be throwing money into anything.. because "eventually" it'll go off.
