I agree that we are on the right side of this situation. The dismissal of the frivolous lawsuit by Rosen coupled with the withdrawal of the appeal should make that clear to most that come and do research now.

I was told this in the mid 80's when I was a broker by a client of mine and a genius in the market, Leslie Alexander (he owns the Houston Rockets), quote "Timing means nothing if your right on the situation". I believe we are right on the situation but the timing on this puppy is a bitch ain't it!!!!!
