Only 'scam' is MM manipulation of this stock.
CDEL is infamous for this.
Even today.
He gets a sell on the BID and puts those same shares on the Ask.

So who's the big flipper manipulator?

I wish I could trade like a MM in the retail pool.
No commissions and unlimited vapor shares.
Looks like manipulation to me.

I guess MM 'don't short' just like they 'don't hold shares'?
