Dude, Relax and take it easy....
You should know that news doesn't always get released the same day the news was made.

And people should know that a PR (Press Release/News) about the settlement with CCGI was never promised, mentioned or even remotely hinted by the company. That myth was created by those on this board. However, that is NOT to say nothing occurred yesterday, it is quite the opposite, but allow the company to produce a PR that will give this thing a HUGE 'nudge'. Also, good CEO's know WHEN to put out a PR because there may be a select time for them to release one (a PR).. Allow JNSH to measure the future of this company and I am certain we will hear something positive soon. ;-)
