Here is a piece that reasons LADR is misunderstood which we know and dipped recently on volatility existing due to panic. Any tiny change in Fed rate won't stop the commercial finance world this REIT represents. I guess that makes sense.... buy the dips then. When later this year Fed raises 1/4% as expected it will be adding time again. Maybe but what if about then LADR does an annual spike dividend? Either way its a safe haven and decent yield.
