I agree with you. I am sorry. I should just not respond to all the bull that is mentioned about it and just skip my need to rebuttal. Because like i said before.

The lawsuit was filed by SFRX, "alleging" over $10MM.....

in damages. Judge Cook REJECTED that notion and Judge Stephens told KK Fudd and his OTC banned attorney Huffman that they had to prove damages. Duh!

They were stupid enough to think they could get it by the Court.

SFRX also suggested this was an URGENT matter and the Defendant had to be stopped, yet the price has never come close to recovering to where it was. (Wonder why???)

I agree with you it's rather silly than anyone would believe KK Fudd's claims about a blogger making the stock price drop. But the Judge also told Fudd he needs to provide the witnesses he said sold to explain to the Court why they didn't buy back when they realize the posts were false.

Fudd and Huffman thinks very little of the Florida court system. This silly lawsuit, as you refer to it, if found baseless could cost the company much more than it already has.

It's about as silly as getting a permit for a site searched for decades.
