I don't really agree with the strong close analysis. Bulls had an opportunity today that they didn't really take advantage of. The bid to ask ratio was about 2:1, but volume on the sell and buy were about the same and the pps is only up slightly. At least you got a green day.
Perhaps mcig was selling, which kept the pps down.
