SDOCQ/Judge apparently is on shareholder side with a committee? I would believe all BK. companies are in the same boat as BBEPQ. The only one I know of that hit big on BK is UPLMQ! But in that case a buyer came in buying the common! would be good if "WILBUR&COMPANY" did the same with BBEPQ, buying common as well as debt??
